Get off your butt!

We talked about squatting in my Wednesday morning Qigong class. The homework assignment I gave: Incorporate squatting into your day during regular daily activities.

Check out this video! It’s just perfect. Hang in there and watch the whole thing ~ puts a really fun spin on the problem with our Western way of sitting in chairs for long periods and how we can treat our bodies better -alleviating, or preventing, a lot of problems. The Squat Song:
