I Like to Move It, Move It….

I love to be active and move my body in so may different ways.  Qigong, Tai Chi, cycling, skating, dancing, working out, running, hiking, acroyoga, and, I’m sure there are other ways that I have left off my list.

Recently I have been teaching myself to skate backwards.  I mentioned in a previous post that I would keep you updated on my progress.  I have become fairly efficient at it now.  I’m pretty excited, and proud of myself!  Last night I was gliding around the roller rink floor in reverse, no longer a wobbly baby dear sliding on the ice, now a beautiful swan, graceful and fluid in my movements.  It was a special moment for me.

The new challenge- spinning  360s and seeing how low I can go on the limbo!!!  :  )
