What’s It All About?

I notice my preference for feeling happy over sad, as once again I wipe away the tears.  The tears that seem to fall too frequently, as of late.

Don’t we all just want to be happy,

To be loved,

To be at peace???

Where does sadness fit in?

The latter feel exhausting.  The others uplifting, rejuvenating.

I guess it all just keeps going.  Round and round.

Hopefully we end up feeling an overall sense of balance, of equanimity.

Cyclical is used to describe things that are regularly patterned or that occur in regular intervals. The root of cyclical is “cycle” which means movement in a circular fashion, or the circular fashion itself. Planets orbit the sun in cyclical patterns, the moon’s phases are cyclical as well.

What do you think?
