Tonglen

I want to hold the world in love.

Absorbing the pain of the wounded souls.

Arms outstretched, palms open to the heavens.

Oceans of tears raining over me.

Hearts exposed.

Crying.

Screaming.

The whole of humanity

Held in a soft white light.

Held in healing love.
